Food is always ready to be picked up quickly and tastes really good! Value for money is great and the staff is very nice.

Have been to Filou very often in the past and were there again last week. The. Burgers came quickly, unfortunately they weren't through and somehow not really warm either. A homemade burger tastes much better. Has subsided we weren't satisfied. Pity!

The restaurant is completely American-style, which I personally like very much. I've been there several times and never had major disagreements. The food comes very quickly even if you are there with a large group. The food is delicious and the portions huge. The selection of dishes is very extensive. There is not only American food and there is something for everyone. I also think the prices are completely okay. Would recommend this eatery.

After booking we got a table in the basement where the bowling alley is. In the room next to the bowling alley there is a cupboard to skip over, from which the smell of shoes came. After agreeing to sit at the table, we waited 25 minutes for the waitress and decided to go home. never again!

Super tasty hamburgers in all variations - the best far and wide. All guests are served almost like friends. Portions are huge, prices are relatively good.

If you desire a taste of Americana while stationed in or touring Germany this is the place for you. Alles lecker. The hamburgers were some of the best I had while in country and they supply enough fries (big selection of sides) for a small village. The staff was friendly and gave me an opportunity to practice Deutsche. The interior decor is really fun and there's a bowling alley in the keller!

Eat bombs !! This is really the point. The food tastes really delicious and you will definitely get full! The prices are a bit higher but it is really worthwhile to come here. Employees are quick and sometimes friendly and the toilets are also okay.

Nice personel. Food tastes good here too. In terms of quality, you cannot expect the highest standard here, but this is also reflected in the prices. I would always prefer to visit here over the other two world famous burger shops.

I ordered baby calamari and instead they brought the big calamari and they were upset when they should have said they don t have baby ones. Then i ordered a burger instead that came after a very long time. Service is really slow and the waiters unfriendly.

Was nice restaurant and great staff. Parking is a bit difficult, maybe 10 places to fit your car. Food was decent, good atmosphere.

American style diner with great atmosphere, tasty food and abundant serving sizes Food 5/5 - I had the Giant Burger, which was indeed absolutely massive. As most other dishes it can be combined with a selection of side dishes and dips at no additional cost. Atmosphere 5/5 - Music is fitting and unintrusive, walls are decorated nicely with plaques, records and different requisites. Service 5/5 - Fast and friendly service, even considers special customer requests. Toilets 4/5 - Sadly the toilets only had paper towels instead of dispensed hand wipes, otherwise the location would have received a perfect score. All in all it's a great place to spend an evening with your friends or it can also serve for a romantic date with your partner. I would definetely go there again and recommend it to anyone who looks for something to eat in the area.

A little too much food on the plate

Delicious food! The price-performance ratio is absolutely correct. The service is very nice. The decoration authentic. Here you can definitely eat enough! The only thing I do not like is that there is a smoking room. Here you should think about smoking in a restaurant. People could also go outside! Otherwise great!

Delicious, American style, only payment in cash

Delicious. No long wait. Enjoy your meal. Restaurant nicely decorated. It gets really full and is still cheap for the wallet. Highly recommended.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Price performance fits well in my opinion. The restaurant itself is well equipped, it has enough seats. For food, I can say that it was really tasty prepared and was delicious. Suitable for the family or friends. Would come again.

The food was prepared really quickly, tastes very good and the amount is brutal. At the weekend, a space must be reserved in any case. The prices are quite normal.

Good burgers! That said: very unfriendly waitresses. My wife and i have been here at a sunday evenining (10 pm). Even though we had made a reservation we were only allowed to sit outside (smokers area) or in a inside area next to the bar (people smoked in there as well). The only area that didn't smell like the inside of an ashtray was off limits to us, as "only two waitresses are working atm". Cola was non carbonated. When i asked about a replacement i was told: "all our drinks come from the same pump". I opted for the tab water. Was charged the price of the cola nevertheless. Wont ever return!

Good quality and above all enormous amounts considering the very reasonable price. My grandma wasn't too amused that they didn't have a senior size plat but the rest of my family loved it.

Very decent and nice place. Food quality is awesome and staff is very friendly! Must go with family and friends.
